Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can remove yourself from our list at any time. We use Loops (loops.so) to manage our email list; the address is stored on their platform under Loops' privacy policy.

Shopify app data

If you install our Shopify app, return data — including order details, customer information, and return reasons — is processed solely to reach and explain return decisions. This data is not used to train AI models and is not shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the service.

Data retention

We retain the email address on our early-access list until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Deletion requests can be sent to privacy@turneet.com and we will action them within 30 days.
